The one who wants to clarify the doubts or seeking more knowledge in the required subjects.

6. How does our request reach to the tutor?

Once the user requested the tutor then the system will notify the relevant tutor via sms and mail.

7. When can a requested tutor answer our query?

Once the request is sent to the tutor and tutor will get back to the requester as soon as possible.

8. What is the mode of teaching by tutor?

The modes are depends upon the tutor. Possible modes are Online-skype, anydesk, team viewer or any such platform, At your home or tutor home etc.

9. What is the fees of a tutor and how is the payment to be made?

The tutor fees visible in his profile and payment is entirely based on agreement between you and the tutor.

10. How is zoomtute accountable for our transaction?

Zoomtute is not accountable for any transaction between you, but however if you involve us in the negotiation/discussion then we can assist you.
